Overview
Senior Software Engineer with full stack capabilities, specializing in frontend development with React and backend development using C# and Go, who will become a center point for our user base when it comes to expertise and adoption of our tooling.
Working in this role means being an essential part and the binding agent of a journey comprising thousands of collaborators and APIs across the organization!
Core Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain our established API platform and the associated tooling.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and backend services using C# and Go.
- Collaborate with skilled engineers and other partners to deliver an API platform that prioritizes DX and UX.
- Participate in the engineering community to guide and improve our API products and standards.
- Build self-service tools and automations to improve interpersonal efficiency.
- Provide mentorship to product teams on modern integrations.
- Apply agile development practices to ensure flexibility and responsiveness.
What we are looking for
- Experience with C# or Go, and frontend development with React.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud architecture and development in AWS or Azure.
To succeed in this role
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- API Gateways such as Kong/Tyk/Gravitee or events brokers such as Pulsar.
- Kubernetes, Docker
- Backstage.
