We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and improve how our Product, Engineering, and Design teams collaborate. This role focuses on optimizing processes, governance, and tooling to enable faster execution and better product outcomes. This is a senior-level role, a right hand to the Director of Product Operations, instrumental in executing and establishing a strong Product Ops function.
The ideal candidate has a background in product management, expertise in product development tools (we use ProductBoard, so bonus points if you’re familiar), and a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement. They will enhance roadmap visibility, streamline workflows, and coach teams on best practices in agile and lean methodologies. With strong emotional intelligence, they will influence and align teams across a matrixed organization while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Drive process improvements: optimize product development workflows to increase efficiency and collaboration.
- Tool & template management: own the selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools that enable product teams to work more effectively.
- Support coaching and community of practice: facilitate learning opportunities, including onboarding new team members and hosting sessions to share best practices.
- Governance & frameworks: develop and enforce guidelines that enhance alignment across product teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to streamline processes and enhance execution.
- Roadmap visibility & communication: improve how product roadmaps and priorities are shared across teams and stakeholders.
- Agile & lean coaching: guide teams on methodologies that enhance agility, efficiency, and customer-focused decision-making.
- Continuous improvement: proactively identify opportunities to enhance product operations and drive innovation.

What the Role Requires
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational frameworks that drive business results.
- Strong expertise in product development tools (e.g., ProductBoard, Jira, Confluence) and ability to optimize their use.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with the Product Operating Model.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design as well as Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Ability to influence without authority, navigating a matrixed organization with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members and fostering a culture of learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a Product Operations function or building operational frameworks from the ground up.
- Passion for driving efficiency, alignment, and operational excellence within product organizations.
- Knowledge of lean product development principles and the ability to drive adoption of best practices.
