Data Student Assistant
Are you passionate about data, structure, and making complex processes run smoothly? Then you might be our next Student Assistant in our Data Team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, validation, and upload of market, sales, and inventory data into our BI systems
- Work extensively with Excel to structure, validate, and maintain datasets
- Assist in maintaining product catalogues, pricing data, and retailer‑specific data deliveries
- Perform detailed data quality checks and support data cleansing activities
- Support recurring data management routines and operational processes
- Assist with documentation of data processes and contribute to continuous improvements
- Handle various administrative and ad hoc data tasks as part of the team’s daily work
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or planning to start a master’s degree after the summer
- Currently studying within Data, Analytics, IT, Engineering, Business Economics or a similar field
- Strong interest in working with data and data‑driven processes
- Very comfortable working with Excel and large datasets (advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage)
- Structured approach to data and strong attention to detail
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
